Completed shutdown works for Caltex Australia on the Rheniformer shutdown which included Rheniformer effluent modifications, Naphtha feed modifications to prevent Hydrogen reverse flow, effluent corrosion and pH control modifications and Hydrogen compressor modifications on the Hydrogen, Nitrogen & regen Air systems.
Undertaken utilities design for major breweries in the United Kingdom including Steam Mains, Infrastructure assessments, Compressed Air, Nitrogen, Carbon Dioxide, Product (beer, decant, CIP etc), Water, DAL, Glycol, Chilled Water.
Utilities design for Pet Food Manufacturer in the United Kingdom
Utilities and Process design for major Pharmaceutical company in the United Kingdom.
Successfully completed a major shutdown for BP Chemicals on a CO Reformer. This included engineering and project engineering works for BP Chemicals on the Saltend site in Humberside United Kingdom.
Included pre TAR planning, engineering, HAZOP and design reviews, preparing scopes of works, procurement of long lead items, tender reviews and evaluations, order placement, management of design and construction teams etc.
Successfully completed an Anhydride upgrade which included heat exchanger design and fabrication, modifications to Low Pressure Steam Systems, process pipework design and install and modifications to flare. The project also required specification and procurement of safety valves, process valves and modifications to condensate vessels.
Formed after taking on shutdown works for BHP on a 7k Te per day Blast Furnace and also shutdown works for Caltex Australia. We are now heavily involved with the upcoming TAI for BP Chemicals, Saltend Humberside, United Kingdom.
Currently undertaking design work for 6”NB Acetic Acid Transfer Line (ASME B31.1) from process plant to bulk storage. Approximately 1.6km long.
Successfully completed a FEED study for BASF Performance Products Bradford. Included for all preliminary design work for new and replacement Pressure Vessels, Pressure Vessel modifications, major pipework modifications, process pump replacement from single mechanical seal to either double mechanical seal or magnetic drive on products such as DMAEA, DMAE, Ti(DMAE)4, Methyl Acrylate, Sulphuric Acid and Caustic.
Also included for preliminary design work on steelwork structures and new MCC buildings.
Also specification writing for ±10% on major monomer plant safety upgrade.
Successfully completed engineering and project engineering works for Total on the Lindsey Oil Refinery in Killingholme North Lincolnshire for the September 2011 T&I.
